WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?

We have set a radius of 40 miles from our SO31 postcode, we are happy to travel further afield depending on the items you require, however we would have to charge additional fees for this.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?

We offer FREE delivery from our SO31 postcode for venues up to 20 miles away. We then charge a delivery fee for locations further than this, the costs for these are detailed in our Terms & Conditions. We only charge a small amount to cover our time and fuel for two return journeys

(drop off & collection).

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM SPEND?

Yes, we have a minimum spend of £90 for hire which applies to all our event hire props.

(Does not apply to any of our items that you can purchase)

WILL YOU HELP WITH THE SETUP AND STYLING OF MY PROPS?

 

Drop off/Collection and setup of props (if required) is included with delivery of your props. We have a separate styling service if you require help with styling your props together or don't quite have the time to do it yourself. Our styling service is charged at £45 per hour, this also includes styling advice prior to your wedding/event, or a venue visit to discuss the best location for your props if needed.

DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

To secure your booking, we require a 50% Deposit of the total order spend to secure your date, with the remaining balance to be paid in full, 14 days before your event. Each order will also require a Security Deposit for the items you hire. This is to cover the cost of any damages/loss which occur during the Hire period. If there are no damages/loss to our products on collection, you will receive your Security Deposit back within 14 days after your event.

HOW DO I SECURE MY BOOKING?

Once you have decided which hire items you require, fill in our booking form and we will reply to you via email with an invoice for your booking. Once your 50% deposit has been received, your booking is confirmed!

CAN YOU MAKE ME SOMETHING BESPOKE FOR MY WEDDING?

Yes of course! We pride ourselves on being able to provide our clients with any rustic wooden bespoke props or signage that they require!

DO YOU ONLY OFFER HIRE OF YOUR PROPS FOR WEDDINGS?

We hire our props out for weddings AND events! Think baby showers, christenings, garden parties, office parties to name a few!

WHAT ITEMS CAN I BUY?

The majority of our signage is available to buy as well as a small selection of props (which you can either hire or buy). We have detailed which items are available to buy on each individual product page.
