At HWR Weddings, we provide our clients with the rustic wedding decor they have always dreamed of, as well as providing a completely bespoke service for any props, signage or styling required at affordable prices. All of our props can be booked through each product page, alternatively you can fill in our Booking Form


We pride ourselves in offering the following services:



We have a range of rustic wooden props carefully hand-crafted by us in our little workshop, ready for you to use at your wedding or event. All of our props are made using recycled materials, every sign is hand-painted and the majority of our signage is customisable for you and your wedding too! As well as our handmade props, we have a range of salvaged props which we think compliment our wooden props perfectly!

To make things simple, we have combined some of our favourites props together into several packages to make it easier for you to add some rustic touches to your wedding!


As everything we do is lovingly handmade and hand-painted, we are delighted to be able to offer our clients a completely bespoke service! If you require a prop, display or signage which we don't currently have, we will work with you to plan and make this into a reality. We want everyone to be able to have the props they dream of at an affordable cost, and we love to work on bespoke products too! 



We offer a styling service to our clients who have hired some of our props for their wedding or event, and aren't quite sure how to style them or don't have the time on the day! We will provide styling advice prior to your wedding/event, or arrange a venue visit to discuss the best location for your props if needed. If props are required in more than one location, we will stay and ensure they are moved and setup in their new locations. We want to provide you with piece of mind that on the day, everything will be setup and styled how wish. 

Our styling service is £45 per hour

+ cost of hire props + delivery

Terms & Conditions


A minimum Order spend of £90 applies to all our Event Hire props & signage. 


The following Delivery costs apply (our delivery costs are calculated from our SO31 postcode to your Venue):


     0 - 20 mile radius = FREE

21 - 30 mile radius = £10

31 - 40 mile radius = £20

*Locations further than this will incur a premium charge.

Each order requires a 50% Deposit of the total order spend to secure your date, with the remaining balance to be paid in full, 14 days before your event. Each order will also require a Security Deposit for the items you hire. This would cover the cost of any damages/loss which occur during the Hire period. If there are no damages/loss to our products on collection, you will receive your Security Deposit back within 14 days after your event.


Security Deposit amounts will be worked out on a percentage total of your order value. This will be explained & detailed on your invoice when you place your order with us.
